Cases has now expanded the range of classical instrument cases to include the
harp case model. This very delicate and sensitive instrument requires efficient
protection during its transportation. Notable feature is the fact that the harp
can be transported horizontally, supported by the base together with the top
part of the frame. This results in diminished dimensions of the case and overall
stability. It is made of 9 mm plywood with phenolic covering. All edges are
secured by wide, aluminium profiles and additionally strengthened by solid corners.
The cover is equipped with four large butterfly locks and four steel recessed
sprung handles. The base is assembled with four 100 mm castors, two of them
fitted with brakes. The interior is finished in foam formed to the shape of
the instrument..
